MACC Staff bio

Dani Stivarius has been the Executive Director with the Milton Area Chamber of Commerce since October 2013.  Dani is a Milton native and is an Alumni of Class of 1995. Born in a small business family, she has always been around the Milton community but now enjoys her role as an active leader in Milton.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, and their two boys Joey and Jordan.

Caralyne Silha is a student who currently attends Milton High School where she will be a Senior in the fall. She has worked at MACC since October of 2019, and is excited to continue with us this summer and during her senior year. Throughout her high school career, she has been an active member of Future Business Leaders of America, and served as president of the club this past year. She has competed in the FBLA competitions at the district level, state level and one time at the national level.  During her junior year she was part of the Milton Leadership Institute which gave her the opportunity to meet many area business leaders, learn about their various businesses and strengthen her leadership skills. When she graduates in 2021 she plans on attending college to earn a degree in Business Management or Administration. Outside of school and work, Caralyne enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to be active and in the outdoors with various activities or crafts. She especially enjoys using creativity and technology on projects, which has been beneficial while working at MACC. She is grateful for this opportunity and happy to be a part of our group.
